Filippi endurance boats caught 5 medals out of 7 different specialties at the Coastal Rowing World Championships in Saundersfoot (Wales).
Gold with Spain in the mixed doubles with Ander Domingo and Ester Zamorano del Remo Torrevieja racing with F81. Double Silver in the Italian men's doubles with Edoardo Marchetti and Giacomo Costa from Rowing club Genovese (Genoa) always on F81 and the Italian men's quad with Andrea Serafino, Filippo Wiesenfeld, Gustavo Fierro, Lorenzo Gaione and Luca Giurgevich from Canottieri Saturnia (Trieste) on F82.
Finally, double bronze, in the women's single with the swedish Maria Berg from Roddklubb Helsinborgs and in the men's single with the new zealander Matthew Dunham of the Star Rowing club in Wellington both rowing a Filippi F83.
Filippi in this edition of Endurance World Rowing Coastal Championships reached the “A” final with 28 crews out of 54 boats enrolled to the event.
Crews, which represented 19 Countries: Italy, Nederland, Sweden, USA, Canada, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Great Britain, Peru, Denmark, Finland, Greece,Spain, France, Japon, New Zealand, Egypt.
