The F54 shell is a perfect lightweight 8+ choice for both male and female rowers within the 60-70 kg weight range.
This mould has been designed for professional light weight women, college and junior male athletes (physical characteristics and forces generated).
The hull is shorter and less wide than F42 and F9 while it shows a slight “banana” shaped keel line and a round cross section.
